For a 3* hotel we're happy to rate our stay 5 out of 5 and would be happy to return. Very enjoyable and suitable for families with small children. The hotel is in the heart of Salou and everything is within walking distance. To the beach it takes around 5-10min with a 5 year old. Rooms are kept very clean, spacious enough with a small mini fridge & safe. Meals are buffet style with good and plenty of choices for anyone. You can get your eggs boiled, fried, scrambled or as an omelette. The TV has some English channels and most importantly the Disney channel is Dual language and can be switched to English. The internet requires a sign in with your details, the speed is poor, but good enough for messaging apps and to pre-download on streaming apps over time. The poolside rooms get sun during the day, but also get the noise from the entertainment area until 11pm, the outside facing rooms are a little quieter, but get less sun on the balcony. Entertainment is provided for children throughout the day and evening shows. Everything works via the hotel bracelets (doors, gates & entry into dining rooms, etc), which you can load up with money to make purchases or card payment only accepted within the hotel. Book yourself into the hotel via the link they send you, much faster at check-in.

EVERYTHING was TOP NOTCH: STAFF: The staff was very helpful starting, from check-in to guidance for sight seeing, to facilities very helpful at every step. FACILITIES: Water slides, Pool, games for kids, music in the evening, activities for children were all great. FOOD: Great options for Breakfast and Dinner with changing menu, providing great choices (fruits, vegetables, non veg, veg , snacks, desserts, drinks). POOL: Very well managed, monitored, neat and tidy with special care for small kids on slides. LOCATION: Walkable from the beach and the shops nearby, easily accessible from the bus stops etc. We travelled with a 9 year old who is absolutely in love with the place and wants to come back every year now. We stayed for 3 days and regretted because we should have stayed longer , we even got a bigger room with a pool view and absolutely loved every aspect of our stay.

We were a family of four. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, updated and spacious. The pool area was spacious we spent the whole day by the pool and did not get bored. The water slides were great. There was children’s entertainment in the afternoon and evening and popular music throughout. We only had bed and breakfast. But again as a family who does not eat pork there was still a lot we could eat and there was a variety of drinks available. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would return to it again. Also it was in a good location, a lot of places to eat even with young children. There were menus in English as well which really helped.

Room was basic but that's all we needed. Both pools were very good and the area with the slides. The poolside entertainment was very good for the kids. We were there during the widespread power cut on 28th April, and the hotel coped very well with it, managing to keep the restaurant open using back up generators. We walked everywhere as we were so close to town and beachfront, and there was an adventure park for children across the road. Very close to airport also, taxi fare only 33euro.

The entertainment and the hotel had a lot for the kids to do. Definitely family orientated you wouldn't really need to leave the hotel.. the heated pool was great for smaller kids if they found the outdoor pool too cold. Lazer tag room was great and the kids loved it.. the night time entertainment was good but they could of done some in English for the English speaking kids.. overall the hotel was great value for money and the hotel was clean.
